SMS reminders are coming soon and are not active yet. You can opt in now to be notified when they launch; no texts are sent today.
Program: Kervault Reminders. Kervault sends automated text messages to US mobile numbers of users who opt in, such as license, insurance and permit expiration reminders, reminders about COIs and documents, and account alerts. We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program.
How to join: Check the optional SMS box when you sign up or add a mobile number in Settings. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using Kervault; you can use email reminders instead. After you opt in we send a confirmation text.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on the reminders you set.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Kervault does not charge for texts.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You may also reply QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or REVOKE, or turn off texts in Settings. You will get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed and then no more texts. Opting out of texts does not cancel your Kervault account; reminders may still go by email.
Help: Reply HELP for help or email support@kervault.app.
Quiet hours: We send reminder texts only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in the recipient's local time, except for security or urgent account alerts you requested.
Workers and contacts: If a contractor adds your number to receive reminders, we send you a text asking you to reply YES to confirm before any reminders are sent. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on major US carriers only.
Privacy: Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers you enter on a service request are not part of this SMS program; they are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and How Requests Work.
Consent records: We keep a record of your opt-in (date, time, IP address, wording shown) and of opt-outs.
